We built Craft because we were the customer
Craft is the Creative Studio for AEC Workflows: one agentic system that understands project inputs, plans the work, coordinates specialist agents and produces visual, immersive and digital deliverables.
PropVR runs a visualisation pipeline at production scale for developers across India and the Gulf. Running it through general-purpose AI exposed the same three failures every single time.
Outputs drifted. The first generation was beautiful. The second, which had to be the same building from another angle, was a different building. Fine for a moodboard. Useless for a brochure going to print.
360° needed its own workflow. General image editors are built around flat images, not the seam and pole logic of an equirectangular panorama. Craft treats panoramic media as a native production format because virtual show flats are central to off-plan sales.
The workflow kept forgetting the project. Useful general models still needed the team to resupply geometry, material, market and approval context. Craft makes that AEC context part of the system rather than another prompt to reconstruct.
Craft fixes those three, in that order. Then we did the thing that keeps a product honest: every internal team at PropVR uses it, all internal AI consumption routes through the Craft API, and we measure ourselves on tokens consumed rather than features shipped. We are customer zero, permanently.
Built by the team that runs the pipeline
Craft is made by PropVR Technology LLC, Dubai. The same engine runs PropVR’s own production work for developers across India and the GCC, and every internal team routes through the Craft API. We are customer zero.
What we will not do
- Market a tool that has not passed all three quality gates. It goes on the roadmap with a date instead.
- Claim a tool count as a differentiator. Counts are marketing; outcomes are product.
- Use your project files to train shared models.
- Become a custom agency. The services arm sells productised packages mapped to repeatable AEC workflows, nothing else.
About Craft and PropVR
Who makes Craft, why PropVR built it and where the team operates.
Who makes Craft?
Craft is built by PropVR Technology LLC, headquartered in Dubai. PropVR has delivered digital twins, 360° tours and visualisation at production scale for developers across India and the GCC since before Craft existed.
Why did PropVR build Craft?
PropVR built Craft because its own production teams needed a system that retained approved building details across formats. General AI tools were useful for individual tasks, but the team still had to rebuild project context, panoramic handling and AEC production rules between steps.
Where is Craft based?
PropVR Technology LLC is at Office 1704, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Tecom, Dubai, UAE, with engineering and go-to-market teams across India and the GCC.
