01 / Craft

Craft

What the platform is, who it is for and what is live now.

What is Craft?

Craft is an agentic operating system for architecture, engineering and construction workflows. It turns plans, renders, briefs and project data into governed production steps and finished visual, immersive, campaign and digital deliverables.

Who is Craft built for?

Craft is built for architects, interior designers, visualisation studios, real-estate developers, marketing teams, sales organisations and platforms that need many coordinated assets from one approved project.

Which Craft capabilities are available today?

Craft has 30+ live production tools across concept, immersive and refinement work. The 50+ workflow library continues to expand; Agentic 1.0 and Arc 1.0 are in early access, while native AEC plugins and Forge on-demand tool creation are clearly marked as coming soon or roadmap.

Do I need AI, design or 3D software experience?

No specialist AI experience is required. You can run a guided tool directly or describe a project outcome for Arc to plan, then review the proposed steps, credits and approval gates before execution.

02 / Media engine

Media engine

Panoramas, true 4K, motion and project consistency.

What does panoramic-native enhancement mean?

Panoramic-native enhancement means Craft works with the full equirectangular 360° image while preserving projection, seams and poles. It is designed to return a tour-ready panorama rather than a conventional image that has been stretched into a sphere.

What does true 4K generation mean in Craft?

True 4K means final detail is generated and refined at the requested output resolution rather than merely enlarging a smaller result. The workflow uses tiled processing and consistency controls so print-ready detail is created without inventing a different building in each region.

Can Craft animate a frame without reducing its resolution?

Craft is designed for resolution-held motion: approved architectural frames can move through supported animation workflows while the source composition and required output resolution remain explicit production constraints.

How does Craft keep a building consistent across images, 360° and video?

Craft carries project identity between tools and formats: geometry, façade, material, camera, brand and the references already approved. Arc project memory gives each downstream step the same context instead of asking every generation to rediscover the building.

What input and output formats does Craft support?

Supported inputs and outputs vary by tool and include common raster images, project documents, plans, panoramas and video formats. The selected tool shows accepted inputs, output resolution and credit use before execution; enterprise pilots can scope additional batch formats.

03 / Arc & workflows

Arc & workflows

How the agent plans, controls and carries a project forward.

What is Arc 1.0?

Arc 1.0 is Craft’s central project brain. It translates an outcome into a readable production plan, retains project context, coordinates specialist agents and shows the expected outputs and credit scope before a user approves execution.

What do Ada, Scout, Bolt, Lex and Forge do?

Ada owns the outcome; Scout understands inputs and maps the flow; Bolt reads visual and architectural identity; Lex sets models, influence, resolution, cost and quality parameters; Forge is the roadmap agent for specifying and testing a missing scoped tool.

What is the difference between a tool and a workflow?

A tool performs a focused production operation, while a workflow coordinates multiple tools and approvals around a complete outcome. A launch-film workflow, for example, can carry the same approved project through references, frames, motion, language variants and delivery.

Can I edit an Arc plan before it runs?

Yes. Arc is approval-led: the plan, sequence, outputs and credit scope are visible before execution, and users can adjust or reject the proposal before work begins.

How does Craft decide whether a capability is production-ready?

Craft uses a three-gate release standard: production-scale testing across varied live project inputs, a repeatable advantage over the strongest relevant alternatives, and an independent handoff completed without coaching. Anything that misses a gate remains in development or is labelled roadmap.

04 / Plans & credits

Plans & credits

Subscriptions, annual billing, credit visibility and output rights.

How much does Craft cost?

Monthly self-serve plans start at $19, with $79 and $269 tiers for larger production needs; enterprise pricing is scoped through a pilot. Annual plans show rounded effective monthly values at approximately 20% savings, and USD, AED and INR views are available on the pricing page.

How do Craft credits work?

Credits measure production operations rather than seats or time. Each supported action shows its credit requirement before it runs, and Arc shows the scope of a multi-step plan before approval so a team can see what an outcome will consume.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 200 credits, every tool and one workspace, with watermarked outputs. It does not expire and does not require a credit card. There is no separate free trial — the Free plan replaced it.

Can I use generated outputs commercially?

Paid plans include commercial use rights subject to the Terms and applicable law. You remain responsible for the rights in your inputs, professional review, intellectual-property clearance and any disclosure required for generated or virtually staged property media.

Do unused credits roll over?

Self-serve plan credits refresh with the billing cycle and do not automatically become a permanent balance. Enterprise accounts can use a pooled annual allocation designed around seasonal project launches; the contract defines expiry and carry-over terms.

05 / Data & security

Data & security

Project ownership, model training, retention and account protection.

Does Craft use customer project files to train shared AI models?

No. Craft processes customer project files to deliver the requested work but does not use those files to train shared AI models or make them available to other customers.

Who owns the files I upload?

You retain your rights in uploaded project material. You give PropVR only the limited rights needed to host, process, transform and return that material so Craft can provide, secure and support the service.

How long does Craft keep project data?

Project and output data is retained while the account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period needed for recovery, billing, security and legal obligations. Deletion requests and enterprise-specific retention requirements are handled under the Privacy Policy and contract.

Does Craft support enterprise security requirements?

Enterprise evaluations can include a security review, scoped access, single sign-on, role-based workspaces and regional data requirements. The exact configuration is confirmed during procurement because it depends on the organisation and project.

06 / Enterprise & API

Enterprise & API

Pilots, integrations, batch processing and support.

Can we pilot Craft on a live project?

Yes. An enterprise pilot can use a representative live project and compare Craft against the team’s current cost, turnaround, review effort and output requirements before a wider commitment.

Does Craft integrate with Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Unreal Engine or SketchUp?

Native AEC plugins are on the integration roadmap rather than generally available today. The planned sequence begins with Revit and 3ds Max, then expands to AutoCAD, Unreal Engine and SketchUp; enterprise teams can register for the integration beta.

Is the Craft API available now?

The Craft API is currently offered through commercial pilots, with broader availability planned for Q4 2026. Pilots begin with a representative batch so input quality, exceptions, output format and per-call cost can be measured before production rollout.

How are bulk API jobs handled?

Bulk jobs are designed to run asynchronously and return job status, output locations and an exception report. This separates successful assets from items needing review instead of treating every file in a portfolio batch as an identical success.

Where can I get support or ask a policy question?

Use the demo form for commercial and pilot questions, or email [email protected] for account, billing, privacy, security or terms enquiries. Urgent security and account-access matters are prioritised for review.
